Job Description:
We are a growing mortgage company seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers licensed in California. This role is ideal for self-driven originators who want flexibility, strong operational support, and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Originate conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships
• Guide borrowers through the full mortgage process
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines
• Maintain accurate loan documentation

Qualifications:

• Active California NMLS license
• 1+ years of loan origination experience preferred
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
