About Rooted for Change

ROOTED for Change is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to expanding access to education, wellness, and economic opportunity through culturally responsive, community-driven programs. Founded on the belief that thriving individuals build thriving communities, ROOTED delivers holistic initiatives that address the root causes of inequity while creating long-term pathways to opportunity and transformation.

Our work focuses on:

  • Education & Personal Growth
  • Wellness & Mental Health
  • Economic Empowerment & Workforce Development
  • Community Engagement & Advocacy

Our programs are grounded in culturally responsive approaches, measurable outcomes, strategic partnerships, and a vision for a world where every person has the foundation to grow, lead, and thrive. We believe access changes everything — and our work is rooted in truth, trust, and community. ROOTED is not simply building programs — we are building a movement focused on community transformation, systems change, and generational impact across Central Texas and beyond.
