We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join Paytm in Indore. As a Field Sales Executive at Paytm, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth through acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be involved in promoting Paytm's banking and mortgage services, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets in the competitive market.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify potential leads and prospects
• Meeting with customers to demonstrate Paytm's banking and mortgage products
• Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational goals
• Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records of sales activities
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Basic knowledge of banking and mortgage products
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
