We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Remote Operations Coordinator to help streamline processes, support cross-functional communication, and keep projects moving efficiently.
Position Overview
The Remote Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational workflow of our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and enjoys keeping teams aligned and informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational tasks, timelines, and updates across departments
- Assist with vendor communication, scheduling, and document organization
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Support event-related administrative needs and logistics planning
- Maintain shared calendars, task boards, and communication channels
- Prepare reports, summaries, and internal updates as needed
- Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements
- Support leadership with meeting prep, follow-ups, and documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in operations, admin coordination, project support, or similar roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Teams, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Experience coordinating across remote teams is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Standard business hours (PST preferred, with flexibility for other U.S. time zones)
