Position Overview

The Senior Executive Support Coordinator provides high-level, trusted support to senior leadership by managing executive workflows, coordinating priorities, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role requires exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, remote environment.

This is a senior support role designed for someone who operates with autonomy, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Leadership Support

  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and priorities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for senior leadership
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
  • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively address issues

Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, notes, and follow-ups
  • Track action items, deadlines, and leadership priorities
  • Assist with travel planning, itineraries, and expense coordination
  • Support cross-department communication and alignment

Communication & Organization

  • Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence
  • Maintain organized digital records, files, and workflows
  • Prepare briefings, summaries, and reports for leadership review

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in executive support, senior administrative, or operations coordination roles
  • Proven experience supporting senior or executive leadership
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
