Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative functions and support departmental operations
  • Manage communication between staff, patients, and external partners
  • Organize schedules and appointments for healthcare providers
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Facilitate meetings and take minutes as required
  • Support the implementation of administrative policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
