As a Health Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting patients by providing guidance on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop personalized health plans, helping individuals achieve their wellness goals and improve their quality of life. We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 - $109,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional development and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual coaching sessions to clients to support health and wellness goals
• Assess clients' health status and develop personalized wellness plans
• Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes
• Monitor client progress and adjust health plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct workshops and group sessions on health-related topics
• Stay updated on the latest health trends and evidence-based practices
• Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their health objectives

Requirements

• Entry-level experience in health coaching or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and health principles
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using technology for remote coaching sessions
• Certification in health coaching or a related area is a plus
• Passion for promoting health and wellness in the community
