We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients

• Provide guidance and support in goal setting and accountability
• Encourage clients to overcome obstacles and challenges
• Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions as needed
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes
• Stay updated on coaching best practices and personal development trends
• Collaborate with other professionals within the organization to enhance client care
