We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager (Key Account Manager) to join our dynamic team in Sonipat. 1. Candidates only from Flexible Printing /Laminates Industry or Division can apply
2. Product Knowledge of PVC Shrink Sleeve & BOPP Wrap around labels is preferred
3. Candidates from_ HTL(heat transfer labels)_ OR IML(In mould Labels) OR Pressure-sensitive labels (PSLs) background can also apply
JOB PROFILE -
To Identify the Potential Prospects from the targeted industry in the Middle (National Emerging Companies) and High End (MNC Accounts) Segment for Printed Shrink Sleeves and BOPP Wrap-around Labels
To identify the potential Gate Keeper and Influencer to reach the Decision Makers, so as to add them into company’s account and get business from them
To Approach the Prospective Clients with Proper suspecting and Prospecting of the potential company and their decision-makers
To present the organization’s core-competitive advantage to the Purchasing Authorities from the customer’s end, & make a strong relationship with them.
To negotiate on Prices, MOQs, Payment terms, and other business requirements to win-win situation for both the companies.
To maintain the relationship with the existing accounts for the company, and upscale the business with them, and see how to add on new products in the baskets,
To explore and exploit the Personal Network to reach key decision-makers
To assist the client in onboarding process by providing Samples and Trial Rolls, by coordinating with internal team members so as to ensure smooth sales process
To Develop the potential buyer internationally in targeted countries and to explore the opportunity/ies available in the international markets
To represent the company in the trade shows and seminars
To manage the productivity of own and team by evaluating and daily, weekly MIS
To manage the Sales and Marketing-related PR Activity on Professional Media Like LinkedIn.
To do required sales tour in the potential domestic and international market
To keep eye in the market, on new product development, competition analysis, Voice of customer and take right strategic action at right time
Explore New markets (Industry Wise and Area Wise) and penetrate the new opportunities for the company for shrink n Bopp Labels
Actively participate in business exhibitions and follow up for the enquires and mature them to new customer for the company,
Constantly explore your personal and business links and reference and continuously meet the industry people and customer and stay active and updated in the industry
