Technical Translation: Serve as the critical bridge between tax professionals and engineering teams, translating complex workflow requirements into technical specifications
Market Intelligence: Analyze competitive landscape and emerging tax technology trends to inform strategic product decisions

Professional Background

5+ years  implementing tax  solutions across multiple firms, with expertise in major platforms
 Deep understanding of why tax professionals resist new software, with proven strategies for overcoming adoption challenges
Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and workflow automation tools
Established relationships with tax technology vendors and implementation partners
