Role Overview
The role involves building and managing affiliate partnerships, scaling revenue, monitoring performance, and ensuring conversion-driven marketing execution.

● Full time Role
● Remote (Monday- Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate & partnership programs.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates, influencers, and performance partners.
- Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships to meet sales objectives.
- Track traffic, leads, sales, ROI, and provide weekly/monthly reporting.
- Create and execute promotional offers and strategies to increase conversions.
- Negotiate commission models and partnership terms.
- Work with marketing/content teams to ensure proper campaign tracking and messaging.
- Research competitor and market trends to strengthen the program.
- Meet monthly sales and performance targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of tracking systems, affiliate platforms, and commission models.
- Excellent negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to drive measurable revenue and hit targets.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution abilities.
