Role Summary:
The Personal Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the Director’s time, priorities, and communications are managed efficiently and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefs, and correspondence.
  • Screen calls, emails, and requests; prioritize and follow up as needed.
  • Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and confidential discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Support the Director in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in project coordination and tracking action items.
     

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 6months + years of experience as a PA/Executive Assistant.
  • Experience working with directors, executives, or board-level stakeholders is an advantage.
