About the Role

We are looking for a B2B PPC Specialist who can support the planning, launch, and optimization of AI-driven paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Your primary focus will be to assist in generating qualified leads via form submissions and meetings through well-structured campaigns, smart targeting, and continuous optimization—leveraging both platform-native AI (Performance Max, Advantage+, LinkedIn automation) and supporting AI tools.

.Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Execution

  • Assist in building and managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for B2B audiences.
  • Use AI-based features (e.g., Performance Max, Advantage+, automated bidding) to improve performance.
  • Support keyword research, audience creation, remarketing lists, and CRM-based targeting.
  • Assist in writing ad copy and coordinating creatives aligned with ICP, personas, and offers (events, demos, webinars, trials, etc.).

Optimization & Testing

  • Monitor campaigns regularly; assist in adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives.
  • Support A/B testing on headlines, ad copy, and creatives.
  • Use AI tools to improve testing speed and campaign insights.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns/ads and suggest improvements.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Ensure proper tracking support (pixels, tags, conversion events, UTMs).
  • Assist in reporting key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate).
  • Share learnings and insights with the marketing team.

Collaboration

  • Work with content and design teams to create PPC-ready assets.
  • Coordinate with sales/SDR teams to understand lead quality and feedback.
  • Align with marketing operations for accurate tracking and funnel measurement.

Technical background

0–1 year of hands-on experience or strong internship exposure in PPC / Paid Media

Basic understanding of:

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Sponsored Content)

Exposure to AI-based tools for campaign optimization

Understanding of:

  • Conversion tracking (pixels, tags, events)
  • UTMs and basic attribution
  • Landing pages and funnels

Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets)

Good communication and ad copywriting skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B domain
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Exposure to retargeting campaigns
  • Basic understanding of SEO/content alignment
