About the Role

• We are looking for a smart, logically strong, and highly curious fresher who is passionate about AI tools, workflow automation, and problem-solving.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, be quick to learn new technologies, and be excited to work with modern tools such as n8n, ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot, and emerging AI platforms.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building automated workflows, experimenting with AI tools, and solving business problems using logic and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and managing automation workflows using n8n
• Work with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLM-based platforms
• Help automate business processes across tools such as HubSpot, Google Sheets, CRMs, and APIs
• Research and test new AI tools and technologies
• Create logical workflow designs for process automation
• Support prompt creation, prompt testing, and AI output optimization
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into automated workflows
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with the team on AI-led product and process improvements

Required Skills

• Strong logical and analytical thinking

• Interest in AI tools, automation, and workflows
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation tools
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT / Claude / similar AI tools

• BCA / MCA /MBA
• Any stream with strong logical aptitude and interest in AI

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic exposure to n8n, Zapier, Make, or workflow tools
• Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM tools
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of prompts and AI workflows
• Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript / Python) is a plus
