Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for U.S.-based clients post-sale.
  • Onboard new clients and ensure seamless adoption of our services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and manage ongoing communication.
  • Address and resolve client concerns with efficiency and care.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support upsell strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Support teams.
  • Report regularly on account health and client feedback.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts with diverse needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Background in industrial services or B2B solutions is a plus.
