Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for U.S.-based clients post-sale.
- Onboard new clients and ensure seamless adoption of our services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and manage ongoing communication.
- Address and resolve client concerns with efficiency and care.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support upsell strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Support teams.
- Report regularly on account health and client feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts with diverse needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Background in industrial services or B2B solutions is a plus.
