What You’ll Do:

• Own and execute our content calendar, blogs, landing pages, case studies, email copy, product marketing content, and more.
• Write SEO-optimized articles that actually rank and bring in the right traffic.
• Turn complex hiring and HR concepts into clear, helpful, and engaging content.
• Work closely with the SEO and product teams to align content with user intent and business goals.
• Craft messaging that positions Recooty as the go-to AI-first ATS for SMBs.
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on data and feedback.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 2–3 years of experience in B2B or SaaS content writing.
• Understand SEO but know content is more than just keywords.
• Are comfortable writing across formats, from long-form articles to crisp microcopy.
• Can turn briefs into a beautiful, brand-aligned copy that converts.
• Are curious, collaborative, and always looking to improve.
• Bonus: Familiarity with hiring/recruiting/HR tech or AI tools.
