Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on employee engagement and development.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and provide coaching to managers.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead HR projects like compensation planning, benefits management, and employee wellness programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role, with a focus on strategic HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
