Key Responsibilities
Hospital Operations
- Own and manage complete day-to-day operations
- Ensure smooth functioning across all departments
- Act as the single point of contact for on-ground issues
Clinical Coordination
- Work closely with psychiatrists, RMOs, psychologists, and nursing teams
- Ensure schedules, treatment plans, and workflows are followed
- Enable clinical teams to deliver quality care
Facility & Infrastructure
- Manage maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, and vendors
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards
- Monitor preventive maintenance of infrastructure
Staff Management
- Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, security, and support staff
- Handle rosters, discipline, attendance, and performance
- Train teams on SOPs and patient handling
Kitchen & Food Oversight
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and dietary compliance
- Manage kitchen operations and inventory
Patient Services
- Handle admissions, discharges, transfers, and logistics
- Coordinate with families with sensitivity and confidentiality
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure emergency preparedness (fire, medical, behavioral)
- Report incidents and maintain compliance with regulations
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain records, MIS, and operational reports
- Communicate regularly with management
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s / MBA in Hospital Administration, Healthcare, or Operations (Preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in hospital / rehab / residential facility operations
- Freshers with strong leadership mindset can be considered
- Mandatory: Willingness to stay on campus (Residential role)
