As a Client Relations Virtual Assistant, you will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, helping to coordinate services, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction across all interactions. ️ Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms

Respond promptly to client questions regarding services, scheduling, billing, and general support

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs

Coordinate with internal departments (operations, scheduling, and management) to ensure client needs are met

Assist in scheduling security personnel and communicating updates to clients

Monitor client satisfaction and follow up on feedback, concerns, or service requests

Prepare and send reports, updates, and service confirmations to clients

Support onboarding of new clients by collecting required information and guiding them through the process

Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and calendar coordination

Identify opportunities to improve client experience and recommend process enhancements

Escalate complex issues or complaints to appropriate team members in a timely manner

Ensure all communications align with company policies and professional standards

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus

1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or virtual assistance

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficiency with:

Email platforms (Gmail, Outlook)

Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

CRM systems or client management tools

Excellent organizational and time management skills
