We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat by providing timely, accurate, and professional responses. You will help resolve inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions
  • Document customer interactions and update records as needed
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus
  • Excellent written communication and typing skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable using computers, chat platforms, and CRM software
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace
