Reliable Security Staffing LLC is excited to announce an opening for an Order Entry & Administrative Clerk to join our dedicated Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing order entries, processing administrative tasks, and supporting our clients with their needs. The hourly salary for this position ranges from $27 to $35, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming orders efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the team and clients
- Maintain accurate records of order entries and transactions
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational workflows
- Assist in data entry and database management
- Prepare and distribute reports as needed
- Support inventory management and tracking processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of administrative procedures
- Prior experience in order entry or administrative roles is a plus
- Familiarity with database management systems is preferred
