We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads for our property management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients, including property owners and investors, interested in property management services.
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns using various channels, such as email marketing, social media, and networking.
  • Utilize CRM software to track, manage, and follow up on leads effectively.
  • Create compelling outreach materials (emails, presentations, etc.) to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads through effective communication and assessment of their needs regarding property management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, results, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
