We are seeking a dynamic and field-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell the Restrora POS Billing Software and addon Services (VAS). The role involves lead generation through field visits and cold calling, conducting client demos, onboarding restaurants, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will be the face of Restrora in the market, responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client concerns, and executing local marketing initiatives.

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Team Management & Leadership:

○ Lead, manage, and mentor a team of ASMs and RMs to ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are consistently met.

○ Conduct daily/weekly reviews with ASMs and RMs to track performance, solve on-ground challenges, and ensure accountability.

○ Ensure proper onboarding, training, and continuous capability building of the sales team.

● Target Achievement:

○ Own the overall revenue target for the city, ensuring that all assigned ASMs and RMs meet their KPIs.

○ Design and implement local sales strategies in line with organisational goals to boost closures and customer acquisition.

● Sales Operations:

○ Monitor field activity through CRM tools and ensure adherence to the daily beat plans and productivity metrics.

○ Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to support sales initiatives and resolve customer issues.

● Market Expansion & Penetration:

○ Identify new market opportunities, analyse local competition, and help the team penetrate untapped segments.

○ Drive focused activities to promote key products or services in alignment with business priorities.

● Reporting & Analytics:

○ Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and dashboards to senior management.

○ Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for course correction.

Candidate Attributes:

● Bachelor's degree.

● Professional experience of 3-6 years in Sales.
