**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Administrative Assistant operates under the supervision of the Senior Customer Service Manager, executing a range of administrative tasks and supporting projects. Additional responsibilities include assisting the sales teams and the executive committee.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
**Essential Functions Statement(s)**
- Prepare and modify documentation, including but not limited to correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Manage and analyze various spreadsheets and reports to support organizational needs.
Receive and appropriately redirect inbound website email inquiries.
- Source, order, and manage inventory supplies for business cards, promotional items, and other materials. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and functions.
- Serve as the primary contact for monitoring and checking in visitors at the front desk.
- Oversee daily invoicing procedures and ensure accuracy.
- Assist with the registration process for IFT events.
- Compile meeting agendas and manage scheduling logistics.
- Contribute to team initiatives by completing related tasks and projects as required.
- Execute local errands, which may include procurement of supplies from stores and bakeries, while maintaining break room inventory.

**SKILLS & ABILITIES** -
**Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required. -
**Experience:** No prior experience necessary; this is an entry-level position. This role begins as a long-term temporary assignment with the potential for permanent placement. -
**Computer Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
