**Responsibilities**

- Deliver timely and high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations, including the coordination of audits for complex financial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverables.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and needs, positioning oneself as an industry specialist to address specific client requirements effectively.  

- Train and supervise Audit Associates on engagement teams, functioning as the in-charge individual who facilitates fieldwork by monitoring productivity and ensuring adherence to work plan schedules for each assignment.

- Anticipate and address client concerns proactively while escalating issues as they arise.

- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure a seamless flow of information between the client and the audit team.

- Identify and articulate significant accounting and auditing issues to the manager, senior manager, and partner throughout the engagement.

- Provide insightful feedback on financial statements and prepare other client deliverables, including board communications, deficiency letters, management letters, and more.

- Recognize both industry-specific and general accounting and auditing challenges, including but not limited to revenue recognition, business combinations, and debt and equity accounting, and determine the appropriate audit approach for these areas.

- Identify opportunities for performance improvement among team members.

- Ensure continuous professional development through ongoing education initiatives.

- Exhibit a willingness to travel up to 25% of the year, contingent upon client needs.

**Required Qualifications**

- A Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree or an equivalent qualification from an accredited university.

- A minimum of five to seven years of current or recent experience in a public accounting environment.

- A solid understanding of audit services, with proficiency in GAAP, IFRS, and GAAS regulations.

- A CPA Certification in good standing.

- Demonstrated experience and capability to act in a leadership role on engagements.

- An openness to supervision and guidance.
