**Number of Operating Rooms:** 16  

**Pediatric Cases:** Not applicable  

**Qualifications:**   - 

**Michigan License:** Required without exceptions (International Medical Licensure Compact not accepted)   - **NBCRNA Certification:** Required (new graduates are welcome)   - 

**BLS and ACLS Certification:** Required   - 

**Background Check:** Applicants must possess a clean background with no malpractice history to facilitate expedited credentialing—this is mandatory   - 

**Local Providers:** Candidates must be local (drive-in) and this is non-negotiable  

**Certification Requirements:**   - AANA
