**Job Description:**

 

We have openings for full-time (80 hours every two weeks) or part-time (48 hours every two weeks) positions.

- **Shifts:** Times will be discussed during the interview. - 

**Location:** This is a Level III trauma center, meaning we care for serious injuries. They  are looking for an additional Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team.

As a CRNA, you will work independently based on your skills and the rules in Oregon and our health district. 

Your main job will be to give anesthesia and provide care related to anesthesia according to our medical staff rules.

**Team:** You will work with both doctors and other CRNAs. Our CRNAs work completely independently.

**Facilities:** There are  Operating Rooms (ORs), an Endoscopy suite, a Cath Lab, and a nearby Ambulatory Surgery Center.

**Cases:** You will work on many types of procedures except for surgeries on the head and heart. We only take healthy children.

**Procedures:** You will perform various anesthesia blocks.

**On-Call Duties:** You will be paid for being on-call, and everyone shares this responsibility. After being on-call, you will have a day off. Weekends are also shared among the team.

This is a permanent, full-time job. Candidates must live close to the area because moving may be necessary. We are not accepting new graduates; you need to have at least 1 year of experience as a CRNA.

 

**Requirements for the Job:**

- You must provide a copy of your NPDB self-query report.

- You must have a clean malpractice history. - We are not hiring temporary (Locum) workers.

 

**Qualifications:**

- You must be a Board Certified CRNA. - You need to have an Oregon nursing license or be willing to get one. - At least 1 year of working experience as a CRNA is required.

 

**Additional Requirements:**

 

- You must have a clean malpractice history. - You must provide a copy of your NPDB self-query report.

**Certification and License:**

- You need to be Board Certified.

- You must have a valid  Oregon on nursing license. -                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    You should have at least 1 year of experience as a CRNA and some connection to Oregon, such as family in the area or having lived there before.
