As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing operating rooms, assisting with surgical procedures, and maintaining sterile environments. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the efficiency and success of surgical operations, making a direct impact on patient outcomes and the overall effectiveness of our healthcare partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
• Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
• Ensure a sterile environment before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and inventory
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in the operating room
• Participate in continuing education and training programs
• Assist in patient positioning and preparation for surgery

Requirements

Must a Certified Surgical Tech through the National Board of Surgical Technology & Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT). Please include candidate CST# and expiration date.

Must have at least one year, to date, of CVOR Certified Surgical Technician experience for CVOR Role & Must have at least 2+ years of Certified Surgical Tech Main OR and Ortho experience preferred
