**Duties**
- Practice in accordance with the regulations established by the state licensing board, the American Psychological Association's Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct, and MTF privileges.
- Conduct psychological evaluations by utilizing data gathered from clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and relevant collateral sources as necessary.
- Establish psychiatric diagnoses by adhering to the criteria outlined in the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
- Provide psychological treatment to both individuals and groups, assisting medical and surgical patients in coping with their illnesses or injuries. - Support the rehabilitation process for patients.
**Work Schedule:**
Monday through Friday, total of 9 hours between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. No weekend or holiday work. No on-call duties or call-backs.
**Minimum Qualifications:** -
**Education:** Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) from an American Psychological Association accredited program, along with the completion of an APA accredited internship. An APA internship waiver may be considered upon approval. - **Experience:
** A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the past 3 years, or as mandated to fulfill clinical competency requirements. -
**License:** An active, unrestricted license in any state. -
**Board Certification:** Not applicable. -
**Life Support Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. -
**Security:** Must successfully pass a government background check and obtain government security clearance.
