We are currently seeking a dedicated CNM (Certified Nurse Midwife) specializing in Ob/Gyn . As a CNM, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to women throughout their pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the well-being of both mother and baby, making a significant impact on the lives of our patients.

In this role, you will be involved in a variety of projects ranging from prenatal care and labor support to gynecological exams and family planning services. Responsibilities:

• Conducting prenatal assessments and providing personalized care plans for expectant mothers.
• Assisting in labor and delivery, offering emotional support and medical expertise.
• Performing routine gynecological exams and screenings.
• Providing counseling on contraceptive options and family planning.
• Educating patients on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Valid CNM certification and state licensure.
• Demonstrated experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of current practices and trends in women's health.
• Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Schedule: 2 clinic days (8a-5p) and 1 in-house call shift (8a-8a) per week

Patient Volume: 15+ per day

Skills Needed: Vaginal deliveries, L&D and postpartum care, outpatient care

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
