**SUMMARY:**
The Corporate Recruiter is tasked with the recruitment of employees for all available positions, with the exception of those within the Flight Department.
Responsibilities include posting job advertisements, collecting and reviewing applications, maintaining the applicant database, scheduling and conducting preliminary screenings and interviews, assisting with the new hire process, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Identify and source suitable candidates for current openings across various departments within the organization, including but not limited to airport services, information technology, accounting, operations, safety, planning/marketing, management, and reservations.
- Accept employment requisitions, secure necessary approvals, and post job openings.
- Coordinate advertisements through local newspapers, universities, schools, and recruitment platforms.
- Review employment applications, assess candidate qualifications, schedule and conduct preliminary screenings and interviews, extend job offers, and communicate with applicants not selected.
- Provide candidates with information regarding corporate benefits, salary structures, and the corporate culture.
- Develop and strengthen external relationships with universities, unemployment offices, and various professional organizations.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and the internal transfer process for existing employees.
- Create and distribute company identification badges for both new hires and current employees.
- Attend job fairs, school career fairs, and other recruitment events to promote the organization.
- Respond to inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, programs, laws, and standards.
- Remain informed on all HR-related issues, including Employee Relations, Labor Law (State, Federal, and Regional), Compensation, Hiring, and Benefits.
- Support the Human Resources department by performing additional duties as required.
