We are currently seeking a skilled CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist)  As a CRNA, you will play a crucial role in administering anesthesia to patients undergoing medical procedures. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the anesthesia process. Your role will involve collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality anesthesia care. Responsibilities:

  • Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after medical procedures.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
  • Evaluate patients preoperatively to determine appropriate anesthesia plan.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Manage anesthesia equipment and supplies to maintain safety and efficiency.
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients in the recovery room.
  • Document patient care accurately and maintain thorough medical records.
  • Stay current on advancements in anesthesia techniques and medications.

Requirements:

  • Valid CRNA certification and state licensure.
  • Associate degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Multiple locations within an hour of Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts

Must be board-certified
