We are currently seeking a skilled CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist) . As a CRNA , you will be involved in a variety of projects ranging from assisting in surgical procedures to providing pain management services. Responsibilities:

  • Administer anesthesia before, during, and after medical procedures.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized anesthesia plans.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the anesthesia process.
  • Manage and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies.
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients in the recovery room.
  • Educate patients and their families on anesthesia procedures and post-operative care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

  • Valid CRNA certification and state licensure.
  • Advanced knowledge of anesthesia principles and practices.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Schedule: 7a-3:30p, 4 weekdays per week

Rotating Call: Weekdays (7a-7a, every other week) and weekends (Friday 7a-Monday 7a, 1:10)

CRNAs take first call

Cases: General surgery, thoracic, vascular, OB/maternity, gynecology, ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, urology, pediatrics, and some cardiac

Team Structure: 8 anesthesiologists, 20 CRNAs

Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Competitive salary based on experience
