This full-time, on-site position is ideal for entry-level professionals looking to launch their careers in the medical practice industry.
As a CRNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality anesthetic care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. You will collaborate closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients under the supervision of anesthesiologists
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes during procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients about the anesthesia process and address any concerns
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
- Valid CRNA license and certification
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic healthcare setting
- Basic knowledge of anesthesia equipment and monitoring techniques
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour days
No call or weekends
Setting: Endo center
Daily Volume: 15 procedures
Will practice independently
Must be board-certified
Compensation & Benefits:
$300k-$320k base salary + annual bonus
7 weeks of time off
