The CT Technologist conducts computed tomography examinations in alignment with physicians' directives, leveraging advanced CT imaging technology while accommodating the specific needs of patients based on age or other criteria. 

This role requires the application of expert knowledge and clinical judgment regarding imaging parameters, technique optimization, and patient care to ensure the acquisition of high-quality diagnostic images.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Educational credentials that fulfill certification, licensing, or registration prerequisites.

- Valid National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association at the time of hire.

- Oregon Medical Imaging License issued by the Oregon State Board upon hire.

- Hold a National Registered Technologist credential in Radiography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire, or 

- A National Registered Technologist credential in Nuclear Medicine Technology upon hire.

- Obtain the National Registered Technologist credential in Computed Tomography within one year of hire, or 

- Acquire the National Computed Tomography Technologist certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board within one year of hire.
