**Job Title: Customer Experience Assistant Manager** *
*Location:** Alpharetta Showroom
We are looking for a Customer Experience Assistant Manager to lead the team in our Alpharetta showroom. In this role, you will guide a group of dedicated team members including Concierges, Customer Experience Assistants, and Jewelry Consultants. Your main goal is to help these team members provide great service to our fine jewelry customers.
As a manager, you will create a positive teamwork environment and focus on giving customers the best experience possible. You will also help your team meet sales goals and improve customer experiences, which helps our company grow.
**Work Schedule:** Tuesday to Saturday (in-person at our Alpharetta showroom)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Help find and manage a team that can work well in a busy environment, focused on reaching sales targets and providing a luxury experience for every customer.
- Keep the showroom and office organized and ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with their buying choices, such as selecting diamonds or custom jewelry designs.
- Answer customer questions through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring the team provides high-quality service. - Conduct face-to-face appointments with customers in our private showroom, making each visit special.
- Look for ways to improve the customer experience by creating better processes and procedures.
- Solve customer problems that arise and work with other departments to ensure every customer has a great experience.
- Work with others to create and manage a team schedule that covers all tasks and appointments.
- Maintain a beautiful showroom by following visual display standards and keeping everything looking good. - Collaborate with different departments like operations, marketing, and customer care.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in managing people in retail or sales is required; past leadership or keyholder experience is a plus.
- A good track record of building strong teams is important.
- A bachelor’s degree or similar education is preferred.
- A passion for helping people and providing excellent customer service is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on completing tasks and finding solutions.
- Be a motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented and efficient.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and adapt quickly as needed.
- Excellent time management and accountability skills.
- Willingness to work together with others to achieve business goals.
- Experience with CRM software is helpful.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter attitude are important.
