**Position Overview:**

A  leading jeweler is  looking for an Assistant Store Manager at the King of Prussia, PA location. In this role, you will help lead and support a team of Concierges, Customer Experience Assistants, and Jewelry Consultants. The team is dedicated to providing excellent service to our fine jewelry customers. 

As the Assistant Manager, your job is to create a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and focus on customer satisfaction. You will help the team reach sales goals and improve the customer experience. They  want a motivated leader who can drive success.

The ideal candidate should be available to work full time from Tuesday to Saturday. This is an in-person job at our showroom in King of Prussia, PA.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Help recruit and manage a team that works in a busy environment, focusing on sales goals and providing a luxury experience for our customers.

- Keep the showroom and office organized and ensure the team delivers excellent customer service.

- Create memorable and personalized experiences for customers, guiding them through choices like diamond selections and custom designs.

- Respond to customer questions through phone, email, and live chat, helping the team maintain high standards.

- Conduct in-person appointments with customers to showcase jewelry in a private showroom, providing a special and personalized experience.

- Look for ways to improve the customer experience by creating better processes and policies.

- Help solve any customer issues by working with operations and customer care teams to ensure every customer has a great experience.

- Work with Analysts to create and manage the work schedule for the team.

- Keep the showroom looking luxurious and follow visual merchandising standards, including keeping displays updated and organized.

- Collaborate with other departments like operations, merchandising, marketing, HR, and customer care.

**Specific Qualifications:**

- Experience managing people in retail or sales is important; experience as a store leader or keyholder is a plus.

- Proven ability to recruit and build strong, high-performing teams.

- A BA degree or similar education is preferred.

- A genuine passion for helping people and creating great customer service experiences.

- Highly organized with a focus on completing tasks, solving problems, and improving processes.

- Motivated self-starter who works efficiently while paying attention to details.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

- Ability to think critically and adapt quickly to changes.

- Strong time management skills and accountability.

- Team player who works well with others to reach business goals.

- Familiarity with CRM software.

- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated.
