As a CVICU Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the management of complex cardiovascular cases, enhancing the overall performance of our healthcare services.

We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $147,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package 

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical care to patients in the CVICU
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Document patient interactions and care provided accurately
• Stay current with best practices in cardiovascular care

Requirements

MSN-AGACNP required

Experience w/heart failure population

2-3 years of critical care (ICU) RN or NP experience 

Wants to work the night shift
