**Qualifications:**
- LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources Department, with a focus on extensive interviewing experience and demonstrated decision-making responsibilities is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or a related field is desirable; alternatively, a minimum of three years of equivalent experience in Human Resources or employment services will be considered. - Candidates must possess their own vehicle for this position.
