The HR Shared Services Representative is part of the HR Shared Services Team. 

This person helps employees and managers with their questions about HR matters. 

They support employee self-service tools and give clear information about policies, processes, and programs to solve employee issues quickly while providing great customer service. This role also gives daily support to the HR Business Partners and works closely with other team members and outside vendors.

Qualifications:

- At least two years of office experience in a busy setting, able to make decisions, think critically, and provide great customer service with attention to detail.

- Experience in Human Resources is preferred.

- Experience using an automated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is strongly preferred.

- An Associate degree in Business or a related field, or similar education and experience that prepares you for this job. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

- Certifications like CCP, CEBS, SHRM, or HRCI, Project Management, or Six Sigma are preferred.
