Our Jewelry Consultants offer a wonderful experience for customers. 

As a Jewelry Consultant, you will help customers through the buying process using different platforms: in-person meetings, virtual appointments, phone calls, or live chat! You will help customers find their perfect jewelry from our luxury collection. 

By meeting and exceeding sales goals in a busy environment, this team creates special moments and shares in the joy of our customers' lives. Want to know what a typical day is like?

The best candidate for this job can work full-time and is available on weekends. 

This position is in-person at our Palo Alto, CA showroom. 

Job Duties - Use your sales skills and product knowledge to help customers make buying decisions, creating a memorable and personalized experience for each person.  

- Handle a lot of incoming sales requests through email, live chat, and phone calls to meet your sales goals while providing a luxury experience fitting for our high-quality products.  

- Welcome and assist customers when they arrive, making their experience special and personal.  

- Follow up with customers after their purchase to help with pick-ups, exchanges, resizing, and any other questions they may have.  

- Call customers to confirm their appointments and answer any questions they have before their visit.  

- Look at customer feedback and online reviews, and work with your leaders to improve the customer experience and your sales performance.  

- Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone in the showroom and keep products secure.  

- Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area.   - Use our ERP system to manage your tasks and communicate with others.  

- Be a brand supporter, sharing our mission to create a more sustainable and compassionate jewelry industry.
