The role entails executing procedures that necessitate specialized training for the provision of general nursing care and related services for designated patients. 

This will be conducted under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Doctor (MD), in accordance with established policies. 

The incumbent will actively participate in the planning and delivery of patient care. A thorough understanding of asepsis will be applied in the execution of treatments, including sterile dressings, irritations, and cauterizations. Additionally, the individual will provide functional direction to ancillary personnel.

**Submission Requirements:**

- A minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience 

– REQUIRED - Experience with travel 

– REQUIRED - Possession of an active and clear Driver's License and Car Insurance 

– REQUIRED - A valid Hawaii license 

– REQUIRED - Proficiency in Homecare Home Base and OASIS – REQUIRED

**Preferred Certification:**

- Arrhythmia certification

**Certification Requirements:**

- Basic Life Support (BLS)

**State License Requirements:**

- Hawaii
