Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients

Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Current medical license to practice in the state
- Strong interest in pediatrics and child healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic understanding of pediatric care principles

Schedule: 24-hour call, 7a-7a
Level II Nursery
Daily Volume: 4-6 newborns and 0-1 pediatrics
Daily Admits: 2-4 newborns and <1 pediatric
Duties: ED consults, rounding on inpatient pediatrics and newborns, stabilizing and transferring critical patients
Required Procedures: Lumbar punctures, intubations, umbilical lines, neonatal resuscitation; no circumcisions
EMR: Patient Keeper
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
