. This on-site, contract position offers an incredible opportunity to provide quality care and support to expectant mothers and their families within our medical practice.

As a Locum CNM/PA, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services in the Ob/Gyn department. You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to patient-centered care and support the well-being of our community.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care to patients
• Conduct routine gynecological exams and health screenings
• Work closely with physicians to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients on health, nutrition, and wellness
• Perform necessary procedures in accordance with standard practices
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide guidance on care options
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental objectives

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
• Valid certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife or Physician Assistant
• Experience in an Ob/Gyn setting is preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of women's health issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
• Current CPR and BLS certifications

Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 7a-8:15p or 7p-8:15a

Daily Volume: 10-20 patients

Procedures: C-sections, repair of episiotomies

EMR: Epic

Support Staff: Laborist and triage MDs on-site

Board certification required
