**Position Requirements:**

**Certification**: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- **License**: An active license to practice as a CRNA in Illinois is mandatory.
**Scheduling Details:**
- **Start Date**: Immediate upon credentialing.
- **Work Schedule**: Four 10-hour shifts per week, with options for Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.
- **Case Mix**: Involves multiple specialties with a predominant focus on general anesthesia. Spinal and epidural procedures are infrequent. There are no obstetric, cardiac, or pediatric cases for patients under 4 years old. Potential care in gastroenterology (GI), electrophysiology (EP), and interventional radiology (IR) may be included.
**Preferred Candidate Profile:**
- **Credentials**: Active IL CRNA license and compliance with BLS and ACLS.
- **Ideal Candidates**: Those who are credentialing-friendly with a clean background are strongly preferred.
**Certification Specifications:**
- **ACLS**: American Heart Association (AHA)
- **BLS**: American Heart Association (AHA)
- **National Certification**: NBCRNA
