As a Locum CRNA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia safely and effectively during surgical procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs
• Stay updated with the latest anesthesia practices and protocols
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements

• Active CRNA license in the state of New York
• Associate degree in nursing with a focus on anesthesia
• Experience in administering anesthesia in a clinical setting
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications
