 This contract position offers the opportunity to work on-site, providing critical anesthesia care in a dynamic healthcare setting.

As a Locum CRNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality anesthesia services, collaborating closely with surgeons and other medical professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures. Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary
  • Consult with surgeons and healthcare teams to develop anesthesia plans
  • Provide preoperative and postoperative care to ensure patient comfort and safety
  • Evaluate patients' medical histories to anticipate anesthetic complications
  • Educate patients and families on anesthesia procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of anesthesia administered and patient responses
  • Comply with all medical and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Active RN license and CRNA certification
  • Associate degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an anesthesia setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
  • Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications

Schedule: 8 and 10-hour shifts

No call requirement

Case Types: General surgery (including robotic), GYN, urology, orthopedics, ENT, neuro (spine and cranial), vascular and endoscopy

Medical Supervision

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
