As a Locum CRNA, you will play a critical role in delivering safe and effective anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to excellence in patient care, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of anesthesia management. 

Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes
  • Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to ensure optimal patient care
  • Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management solutions
  • Document all anesthesia-related procedures and patient interactions
  • Adhere to safety and compliance protocols in all aspects of anesthesia care
  • Stay updated on the latest anesthesia techniques and best practices

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Valid nursing license in the state of practice
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in anesthesia management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care
  • Experience with various anesthesia techniques and equipment

Flexible Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

No call

Cases: General surgery, neonates and pediatrics, vascular, OB, trauma, orthopedic, neuro (heads and spines), thoracic, urology, gynecologic, ENT, endoscopy, ophthalmology, and plastics preferred

EMR: Epic

Board certification required

Paid travel & expenses
