Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia care plans
  • Provide preoperative assessments and postoperative care
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices
  • Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
  • Assist in the management of anesthesia equipment and supplies
  • Educate patients about anesthesia procedures and address their concerns

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher
  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience in anesthesia practice
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient monitoring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
  • Current state licensure to practice as a CRNA

Level I Trauma

Schedule: 4x 10-hour shifts per week, 11a-9p

Daily Census: 10 cases

Diverse caseload

No hearts, but will see cath lab, TAVR, and EP

Care Team Model: Medically directed

2+ years of experience with Level I trauma required

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
