Description
As a Locum CRNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering anesthesia services for various surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. You will work closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary
- Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to ensure safe practices
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
- Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor recovery
- Educate patients about anesthesia procedures and potential risks
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in anesthesia
Requirements
- Active certification as a Nurse Anesthetist
- Associate degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in administering anesthesia in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of anesthetic agents and techniques
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications
Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

Must be board-certified
